Requirements for Eligibility:
• Both partners must be at least 21 years old.
• Partners must be married, in a registered partnership, or in an exclusive, long-term relationship of at least six months (proven by photos, travel records, etc.).
• The partner residing in the Netherlands must earn at least the minimum wage.
• The foreign partner must pass the Dutch A1 language test at a Dutch embassy or qualify for an exemption (details available during a consultation).
