MVV and Dutch Residence Permit

for (Unmarried-) Partners

We offer the complete procedure for the application of a residence permit (on the basis of MVV) for unmarried partners or spouses of Dutch citizens or third-country citizens residing in The Netherlands. This includes, but is not limited to, collecting all necessary documents needed for the application, sworn translations of documents and/or certificates, filling-in all the necessary forms, applying for residence permit at the Immigration and Naturalisation Department of The Netherlands. After application has been filed we keep supporting you until a decision of the IND is made, this includes as well providing additional documents and information if required, as well as making all the appointments at IND for you.  Requirements for this procedure:

1. Both partners are at least 21 years old;
2. The partners are married, have a registered partnership or have had an exclusive long-term relationship with each other for at least 6 months, which can be proven (by photos, plane tickets, hotel bookings etc.);
3. Income of the partner, residing in The Netherlands, is not lower than a minimum wage;
4. The foreign partner has successfully passed the Dutch language test for level A1 at the Embassy of the Netherlands, or is exempt of this requirement (more on exemption you may find out during an individual consultation with our experts).
