You are a family member of a national of a European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) country or Switzerland, residing in The Netherlands? You may receive a Residence Permit! We offer the complete procedure for the application of a residence permit. This includes, but is not limited to, collecting all necessary documents needed for the application, sworn translations of documents and/or certificates, filling-in all the necessary forms, applying for residence permit at the Immigration and Naturalisation Department of The Netherlands. After application has been filed we keep supporting you until a decision of the IND is made, this includes as well providing additional documents and information if required, as well as making all the appointments at IND for you. We are executing the process with minimum of your participation, with us you may relax and be sure, that your application will be approved in no time.

 Who can apply for this procedure:

1. Spouses and registered partners;
2. Unmarried partners (in case if you can prove, that you have lived together for at least 6 months, or you have a child together);
3. Minor children;
4. Full-grown children, parents, grandparents (for these family members there are extra conditions).

The Price starts from € 660 excluding sworn translations (excluding VAT and state fees).
